Les Cours de la Rive Sainte-Catherine

This project was built on a former mini-golf course, which was transformed into a distinctive residential complex. Two buildings with underground parking house 12 high-end condos offering views of the St. Lawrence River. The complex was completed with a carefully landscaped interior courtyard, creating a pleasant and inviting outdoor space for residents.
